What makes Polished by Ausha different from other companies?
Polished by Ausha is a company owned by two black women with a mission to empower other women through diverse and bold polishes. Our wish is to help bring out confidence in every woman with our polish. We offer vegan and toxin free polishes that are lustrous, long lasting, and high quality.
What is 10-Free?
10-free means the polish is free of the 10 toxins found in many cosmetic products. Our polishes are free of TPHP, Lead, Camphor, Parabens, Xylene, Formaldehyde, Foremaldehye Resin, Toulene, Dibutyl phthalate, and Ethyl tosylamide.
Do you mail out samples of your products?
We do not send samples via mail at this time.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test on animals.

Do you ship worldwide?
Sorry, we currently only ship within the United States.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please ensure you enter the correct billing/shipping address BEFORE submitting your order. We currently only ship to the U.S. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. Polished by Ausha uses USPS First Class: 2-7 business days but can take up to 10 business days. Shipping is non-refundable. Orders will ship out within 1-3 days after processing the ordering. Your order will be shipped using Standard Shipping through USPS. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Polished by Ausha cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, and etc. We are not responsible for the shipping cost on any returned or replaced products. If there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us via email asap. Once an order has shipped we cannot be responsible for errors in the shipping address. If you would like Express Shipping please contact us before submitting your order to inquire if that option is available at that time. If your package recently shipped, please allow at 1-2 business days for the carrier to update their site with tracking information. If you haven't received your order and your tracking number says delivered; please provide us the order number and tracking number and we will file a claim. Please allow up to 7 business days for the investigation process. After the investigation, we will provide you information on the claim.
What is your return policy?
Polished by Ausha will do our best to assist with any issue or concern you may have with a purchased item. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you notice an error after receiving your order on our behalf please email us. Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. We will correct your order if the product has been unused. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Also, once an order is placed the products can not be edited after 4 hours of ordering. If you need to edit your order please email us within 4 hours. If your product is damaged during delivery, please email us and submit a picture of the damaged product. We will replace the product; however we are not responsible for covering the shipping fee of the replaced product. If a product is damaged it may only be exchanged for the same product you originally purchased.
Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Please be sure to order your correct size. We do not take any responsible if the wrong size press-on nails are ordered.

Why buy polish, when I get my nails done at the salon?
The color selection at most salons are scarce, and most do not have the color you're looking for. The same polishes used at salons are used on everyone that visits. Having your own nail polish prevents the spread of bacteria and allows you to do touch-ups at home if needed.
How do I know what size press-on nails to order?
You can measure your nail and find your size from our nail sizing chart. If you are still unsure you can purchase a sample sizing chart. The sample sizing chart has one of each nai size ensuring you find your perfect size before ordering.
What type on nail adhesive do you recommend?
For short term use (1-2 days) we recommeng nail adhesive tabs. For long term use (1-2 weeks) we recommend nail glue. If you want extended wear (3+ weeks) you can use acrylic. We suggest IBD nail glue which can be found online or at Sally's Beauty.
Are your press-on nails reusable?
Yes, our press-on nails are reusable. If you prefer nail glue, we recommend purchasing an electric nail file to gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails prior to reusing.
What is the processing time for your press-on nails?
Our nails are made to order. Processing time is 2-3 weeks. If you need your order faster, we recommend adding "Rush My Order" to your purchase to expedite your order to 3-5 business days. If you need it by certain date or time frame, please contact us prior to purchasing.
What comes with my press-on nail purchase?
All press-on nail orders come with a mini nail file, a nail buffer, a wooden stick, an alcohol wipe, a storage box, glue tabs, and application/removal instructions. Some collections will come with a matching nail polish, which will be noted under the press-on collection.
Do you offer wholesale on your press-on nails?
Yes we do. A minimum order of 20 sets is required for wholesale pricing. Please contact us for more information.
Can I request a change or a custom design?
Yes you can, all sets are made to order and may be customized. Please send us an image of your custom design, change request, or idea and we'll see if we can help create it.
How long can I wear the press-on nails?
Length of wear depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how active you are with your hands, and your application choice. Please be sure to follow our application instructions included with your order. You can also apply a dehydrator and primer, the same product nail techs use before gel or acrylic application so the product can adhere to your nails. You can also use glue tabs and nail glue together, allowing longer wear time.
Can I replace a lost nail?
Yes you can. To replace a broken or missing nail from your set purchase , order a "Replacement Nail" with a description in the note section.
